Today I will speak about my new made to measure sunglasses which has been tailored for me by Studio Lissac in Paris. I always wanted to have unique fashion accessories or dress. I love to follow the dictates of fashion, but at the same time I like to distinguish myself through some accessories or clothes which I could feel only mine.
Customized accessories or goods are definitely the best match between luxury and handmade and in fact today more than ever in the world of fashion predominates the concept of “identity”. Made to Measure is the perfection calculated to the nearest centimeter, a unique detail, but above all is the concept of customization that merges with the one of personality.
Thanks to Studio Lissac I (and anybody who wants) could imagine my own ideal sunglasses and see them accomplished in few days following each step of the creation process.
At my first meeting at the Studio Lissac I had the chance to meet Damien Fourgeaud, art director of the Lissac creation and well known designer specialized into the made to measure glasses, who, starting from my ideas has created a first 2D model. In this occasion they took my face measures and I could choose among a number of materials, lenses, colours and luxury accessories for my made to measure sunglasses.
During my second appointment I could already try the first 3D prototype of my sunglasses! Great! Modelling the 2D designed sunglasses and the 3D print the Lissac team has easily created the prototype of my dream sunglasses! Finally at the 3rd appointment I could see my final version of made to measure sunglasses perfectly crafted. Really unique!
Having a pair of custom sunglasses, it does not only mean to have something that nobody can have, but also have the perfect glasses for your face in the next 2016 summer. In fact, the sunglasses lean on the nose and the ears, structures that are quite delicated and completely unique in each of our faces. And if that is not enough, Studio Lissac has just partnered with Marbella Paris, to create bijoux easily applicable to any eyewear and make even nicer the final outcome. It has been a fantastic experience and now I’m so thrilled with the result, that I’m already thinking on how to build my next custom sunglasses!
