Disneyland Paris was my dream since childhood. Since I live in Paris, I always put off this time, but today it has arrived and I’m here to tell you all!
Disneyland is a fantasy world in which getting lost for a moment, leaving out of the main entrance the real one, so if you are planning to unplug from your habits for a while, that is the ideal place.
There are two theme parks, the Disney Park, and the Studios, linked together by the Disney Village, a street full of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops full of sweets, toys and any type of stuff with the wellknown Disney signature.
Just after I entered the park, like all girls of five years would have done, I bought a pair of Minnie’s ears and run to see the famous castle!
The Disney Park is divided into four thematic areas and with a bit of organization you may also be able to visit them all in one day, although sometimes the queues for attractions are quite long. In this period some of them are unfortunately closed for maintenance, such as the roller coaster of Space Mountain, but still you can enjoy a lot of attraction among which
I would suggest the following ones: Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, Ratatouille and Tower of Terror or if yoy are not made for the adrenaline, you can sit on the cups of Alice in Wonderland or ride around the pitch black of the Pirates of the Caribbean.
But to really turn your emotions on you have to wait until the late evening untill 11 pm when the final show usually starts. Go in front of the Disney Castle and just stay to admire the lights projections on its towers and the water jets of the fountains in front, which are featuring the heroes of your childhood as you never seen them!
