I can finally inaugurate a section dedicated to another passion: the food! Yeah, someone will think that food and fashion are two far away worlds, yet I do not have the same opinion. I believe that both, in their own way, meet the pleasure of the person even if from very different perspectives.
The first thing I want to spot today is a unique Parisian service that really made my day: Le Comptoir Local.

Think to my happiness this morning when I heard the bell ringing and when I openned the door I received a big supply.
Basically it was like a ride to the best farms of the region in search of the best products to have a special and genuine dinner, without losing a single minute not even moving from home!

I kind of invented the main course: risotto with yellow zucchini and champagne. If you are inspired, you will find the recipe below.
RECIPE
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 grams of rice
- 1/2 onion
- Chives
- 4 yellow zucchini
- extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 300 ml of champagne
- vegetable broth
In a pan, place the oil, the chopped onion and chives, saute a few minutes and then add the diced zucchini yellow. Cook over medium-low heat for 7-8 minutes. Add the rice and let it slightly roast for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the champagne.
Meanwhile boil the vegetable broth in a separate pot.
Immediately after adding the champagne, continue cooking, adding more shots of broth. Stir constantly and then add cream and parmesan and let thicken. Serve.
